... some pretty flowers from Martha Negley.. (Link)
...and.... some pretty soft greens and yellows from Amy Butler... (Link)
Plus, some gorgeousness from the Amy Butler's Daisy Chain collection. (Link)
There are some new patterns;
The Fat Quarters Bag.... (Link) You did know that I cut fat quarters didn't you?
There is also this one;
Black Forest from Melly & Me... (Link)
.. and for those of you who delight in floucing around the kitchen in style....
The Domestic Goddess Apron. (Link)
.. a very classy top for the good weather (...! well, you never know...) and there's sizes for the little ladies in your life too.
Sun Surf Halter (Link)
Also, because I've been asked a great deal about 'charm squares' lately - I now have these
.. Twiggy by Sanae(Link)
....and these,
'9' -
Pretty aren't they? (Link)
Both of these charm packs are designed by Sanae, and yet they are quite different. Beautiful muted colourways.
I'm very tempted to use a couple of the Twiggy Packs, and make the 'strips quilt' in the latest issue of Sew Hip, I don't think I'd need to alter the size of the blocks by much. But, as usual there are always so many ideas and never enough time.......
I've just remembered that I haven't told you about my new Anna Maria Horner book. (Loads of ideas in there!) or mentioned that I'm writing a tutorial about how to make a firm bag base when you don't want to use 'bag/purse feet'. More of that another time.
Have a lovely Mothers Day.
